Let us tell you something about us:
Our program reflects the belief in creating possibilities for people with disabilities.
- The Mashantucket Voc. Rehab. Program
- provides services that help qualified American Indians with disabilities get and keep employment. The services are free and confidential and serve as an integral part of American Indian communities in Connecticut and Rhode Island. The MPTN-Tribal VR 121 program completed the fifth year of its original 5 year RSA grant on September 30, 2007, and has recently received another grant from RSA to fund the VR program for additional five (5) years.
- The Mashantucket Voc. Rehab. Research Program
- involves American Indians from four different Tribes to identify health and disability needs among their Tribal members to ensure that those with disabilities are made aware of our program and receives needed disability services.
